Self motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision and independent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preffered : MBA / PGDBA (full time)with specialization in HR


Job Description

Looking after the entire HR operations.

Plan, Organize, Develop & implement HR Management strategies

Making sure the HR system and process are followed.

Responsible for Manpower Recruitment

Induction of the new joinee.

Maintaining the employee database & HR records

Generation of HR MIS reports.

Ensuring Performance Management System to be effective

Devising Reward and Recognition System

Create and Practise Fun at work

Interact with the Third Party for Payroll Processing.

Coordinating for training and developmental activities.

Coordinating Administration activities.

The candidate also would be required to be at the reception for an hour a day or on need basis.
