Job Description We are in the process of hiring trainees for network support who will undergo training with us for a period of 12 months.

This training opportunity is available in Gurgaon.

The details of the requirement are as below:


Job Title: Trainee

Job Profile: Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical support to the Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries on all products.

Desired Profile Qualification: BCA/B.Sc (IT) / B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc(IT)



Year of Passout: 2008 & 2009



Skills Required: Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:

· Routing Protocols

· TCP/ IP and IRQs

· Basic operating systems related to Networking

· Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage

· Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.
