Responsibilities:

Identifying potential clients in the US market and initiating business.
Business Development through telephone calls, email, internet search
Identifying potential business opportunities through existing database.
Liasioning between the clients and internal terms for various issues, Whatever required.
Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills (oral & written).

Willing to work in a shift starting from 8:30am – 5:00pm / 6:30pm- 2:30am

Aptitude to learn quickly and work cohesively in a team.

Salary for Sales Trainee:

On joining: – stipend of 7000 inclusive of all costs

Incentive: 2% of revenue exceeding USD 100,000 (If revenue is USD 200,000 then incentive is (200,000 – 100,000) x 0.02 = USD 2000 (calculated and paid quarterly for prior quarter)
