Job Description Currently we are looking for " service desk analyst" for our chennai center.

Desired Profile Job Description:

Provides voice and email service to our customers

Willingness to come by rotation of shift

Be responsible for the on-time delivery that satisfy our customer expectations

Desired Profile:

Minimum of 3 months experience in any customer handling

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Education: Any Degree except BE and MCA (2009 Passed out fresher won’t be eligible)

Skills: Voice and Non Voice Process

Job Location: Chennai
