Job Responsibilities-
Achieving the sales target in her/ his area.
Ensure that the sales force is able to achieve planned business results.
Engage and motivate the team to achieve the company’s targets.
Assign territory to the sales force; evaluate the territory’s market potential and competitive influences.
Help insurance agents in converting the business.
Desired Profile 0-3 yrs experience in General Insurance or Broking- sales.
Experience of sales in financial industry would be an added advantage.
