CGPA 2.8/4 and 70% and above in 10th and 12th standard
Process detail:
1st round was a telephonic round from Mumbai.
33 shortlisted candidates were called for the process in Gurgaon.
The first round was a Written Test.
It comprised Aptitude Questions and Technical Questions related to Testing.
Only Aptitude was evaluated first. 27 cleared this round.
The next round was a HR Interview. 15 Cleared this round.
After this the Technical Part of the Written Test was evaluated. 6 were shortlisted.
Then there were two rounds of Interview with middle and top management of the company.
Interview:
Interviews were more HR based.
