Process detail:
Written Test:

Written test (Total duration of 90 minutes) comprises of two sections

Objective section (50 minutes) – consists of 30 questions (10 each in Verbal, Analytical and Quantitative ability sub-sections)

Subjective section (40 minutes) – consists of a case study and few questions on personality/self-assessment


Candidates need to clear each section of the objective test and the subjective test to be eligible for appearing in the interview rounds.



There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong attempt.

Interview:


The Interview was based on Guesstimates:



1) Estimate the number of Hockey sticks sold in Delhi in 2010

2) Estimate the revenue of McDonald's at Connaught Place, New Delhi

3) Estimate the number of Microwave Ovens sold in 2010

Apart from the traditional questions like:


1) Tell me something about yourself

2) Why Grail Research

3) Why not an IT job and Consultancy

4) Name the skills you possess for this job.
