Next round was GD.

Topic was Privitization in education is good or bad. 2 persons are in our discussion. They see everything in this communication, content etc. It will go on for around 20 mins. First of all the will ask us to give intro they everyone has to give their opinion on topic.

Then there will be short discussion and at last 2 students has to conclude. Best thing here is to carry paper and pen \"It is important\" note down all the points told by ur group members and at last summarize it will create a impression on you as good listener. It really worked for me.

Out of 350, 280 got shortlisted for Technical and HR round.

Technical interview:

Me: May I come in sir
Sir: Tes come in Gurushantha have your seat

Me: Thank you sir
Sir: Tell me about your self?

Me: Told about my parents my acedemics and hobbies blah blah and I told movies
Sir: He asked which kind of movies are you watching?

Me: I Told him the movie which will give some message to the social and people to come up with that message.
Sir: He asked example of movie.
Me: I told \"shivaji the boss\"

Sir: Which branch are you from?
Me: Electronics and communication sir.

Sir: He asked me you are doing your masters in \"Micro Electronics\"
Me: Tes sir

Sir: So tell me why you are coming to IT industry.
Me: I told answer for that question. I think he impressed a lot with my answer.

Sir: He told good keep it up.
Sir: He asked difference between C and C++?

Me: I answered.
Sir: Do you know on which software lang we work on

Me: Java, dot net.
Sir: Difference between 8085 and 8086

Me: I answered
Sir: Saw my resume and asked few question on my extra curricular activities

Me: Explained it
Sir: Are you ready to relocate?

Me: Yes sir
Sir: Do you have any questions?

Me: If I select to IBM where is the work location.
Sir: Depend on project which you will get.

Sir: Do you have any questions?
Me: That it sir.

Sir: Study well and enjoy!
Me: Thank you sir.

Next round was HR for me.

It was simple a guy took it for me. He was very cool.

First question was,

* Do you have any questions?
* Are you ready to relocate?

You will have first 8 weeks training on SAP, Cibel and Main Frames. Depend on the requirement you will put on the training.

He was impressed by my answer.
He told thank you.
I told Thank you sir.

After coming out of HR interview immediately the coordinator told you are selected go to that room and fill the employee form

I was full happy at that time.

Totally 100+ got shortlisted finally. So believe in God and yourself have patience. Be strong in basics.
