Follow the steps below to upload Student MIS
Step 1
If your Institute is not registered with www.rangrut.com then sign up using official placement email id of your institute. Registration is free and easy and also subject to verification by Admin team.
Step 2
If your institute is already registered then login to your account. If you forgot your password click on “forgot password” or get in touch with support team at rangrut.com on +91 731 4221613/14. See Image (1.1) ![]() Image 1.1 Step 3
After login to your account you will see a facility of “Upload Students” on the menu bar. See Image (1.2)

When you click on upload students you will get the following screen where you can first download excel sheet format according to your student’s details. See Image (1.3)

After downloading the excel sheet save it in your system and then fill the details of the students for placements. See Image (1.4)

If you want to upload data of your final year students, fill their details in the excel sheet and save it and then upload it in the following manner:See Image (1.5)

You will get a message that students detail has been uploaded successfully.
Step 8
To check whether your students have been uploaded correctly, go to e-placement cell and select uploaded students and click on search. See Image (1.6)

You will be able to see all the uploaded students in the list of uploaded data. See Image (1.7)

Step 10
