photoI am currently working in a field I've always held a passion towards. I am currently working for a domestic violence agency, however in the past I have volunteered in the same field. So when I attended my job interview my passion for the field was evident. I also conducted informational interviews for school assignments, so had prior contacts with the agency I ended up being employed with.

I actually found my current postion on craigslist, however I emailed the HR director directly (again, since I had connections I knew her email address).

Also, try a variety of techniques. You never know what will/won't work for you until you try!
