I completed my engineering from an average institute. Though being a good student and having good credentials in my resume, I did not get a good job.

That was year 2007 when recession was on its ascending ramp.

Vacancy/opening were the words I heard but didn't face for a long time.

For almost 8 months. I was looking for some opportunities. Though I was well prepared to crack the first opening, but none came my way.  Then I opted for entrance of a prestigious software course and got selected.

Just before taking admission I got selected in a company which lead me to drop the idea of joining the institute, but unfortunately that company never turned up with a joining date.

Then I joined one of biggest service provider as a technical trainer. Though the pay, I used to draw, was less but the job was encouraging enough to keep the spirits high. With few self motivation techniques and hard work, I prepared for the selection process of the first opportunity that comes my way. I worked there for almost 7 months. Then, one day I got an opportunity from one of the global software giant.  I turned up for the selection process.

My hard work paid. I cleared all the selection barriers and finally got the offer letter. Now it has been 8 months I am happily working here.
