Applications are invited by the Director, Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Pondicherry, for the post of Junior Resident (NPG):-
JUNIOR RESIDENT (NPG): 39 Posts (UR –14; OBC – 12; SC – 9; ST – 4;)
(Tenure post for 1 year)
Vacancies may increase or decrease and appointment is subject to the matching of reservation of posts.
PAY: The candidates will be paid Rs. 15,600/- (revised scale) per month with other allowances inclusive of NPA as admissible under rules.
AGE: No upper age limit.
QUALIFICATIONS: i) A Registered Medical Graduate of a Recognized University.
ii) Should have completed one year compulsory Internship.
Candidates may submit their application in the prescribed format with attested copies of certificate of Degree Certificate for M.B.B.S, Internship Completion Certificate, Medical Registration Certificate, Attempt Certificate, Mark Statement of Final M.B.B.S. (Part I & II), No Objection Certificate from the present employer (if employed at present) and latest Community Certificate for SC/ST candidates and latest OBC certificate (Excluding Creamy Layer) for OBC candidates.
Candidates who have already worked as JR (NPG) in any Central Government Hospital / Institution need not apply.
