As part of hiring process Matrix generally conduct two written tests. One is on general aptitude & second is a test on C language. Students who are shortlisted form these written tests are qualified for PI


Skills required:
 

  •  Good C programming, data structure and design skills
  •  Good logical and analytical skills
  •  Good programming skills
Desirable Qualifications.

Bachelors' degree or Masters' degree in Engineering (Electronics or Computer
Science or IT) OR Masters' degree in Computer Application. 

Students who cant clear the written test will not be considered for PI

Even though package ranges from 2.2 to 2.5, it may vary based on
the performance during the interview
