SCMS(School of Communication & Management Studies) was established in 1976 is an AICTE accredited top Indian B-School with the highest grading.It is the first B School to get ISO 9001 certification for quality Management teaching system in India awarded by Rina Spa,Italy.Ranked 43rd among the top B Schools in the country( Business India 2009 survey).Recognised by Association of Indian Universities, Govt. of India as equivalent to MBA.Students admitted strictly on merit based on CAT/ MAT scores. Minimum qualifying marks for graduation is 60%.The Institute offer PGDM ( intake 300)and MBA affiliated to MG University ,Kerala( Intake 120).The students are admitted Pan India basis.
The SCMS Group also runs a Self Financing Engineering College (SSET) established in 2001 and had recently awarded the top most grade among the self financing colleges in Kerala in a study conducted by the Alumini Association of NIT, Calicut. The students are admitted purely on Merit based on their ranks in CET.
