About Institute
Indo-Swiss Training Centre (ISTC), Chandigarh engaged in Human Resource Development is producing highly skilled and competent manpower. We are imparting training in the following three programmes:
a) 3-Year Diploma in Instrument Technology
b) 4-Year Advanced Diploma in Die & Mould Making
c) 4-Year Advanced Diploma in Mechatronics & Industrial Automation
Established in 1963 under the patronage of Swiss Foundation for Technical Assistance, this Centre is held in high esteem by the industry (both in India and abroad), R&D Organisations and custodians of technical education. It is being run under the aegis of Central Scientific Instruments Organization (CSIO), Chandigarh, a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi.
