About Institute
The decision of the AGNEL ASHRAM FATHERS’ , way back in 2001 to commence an Institute of Management Studies in a scenario where the country was producing management graduates far in excess of the market demand, was truly reflective of their conviction that success can be achieved even in the most adverse situations. In an existing campus where quality education, which is synonymous with the AGNEL MOVEMENT, was made available to students right from the Nursery to the Engineering Degree level, it might have looked logical that the addition of a B-School was an exercise in providing end to end service. However, the real intent and motive behind this move was the superior wisdom that setting up such an Institute would actually promote best management practices in the other units of the campus as well, and thereby create an overall synergy, very essential for the renewal and growth in times where “CHANGE” is the key word for survival.
