About Institute

Community Center has been synonymous with education for almost half a century. Understanding the importance of education for independent India, Community Center School was born in 1960. Equality being one of its driving principles, Community Center has been catering to the educational needs of students from all walks of life irrespective of their economic or social background. Community Center decided to focus more on Post-Graduation Studies and therefore the establishment of CIMS in 2007 as an affiliated institution to Bangalore University. Community Institute of Management Studies (CIMS) is a nurturing ground for an individual\'s holistic development to make effective contribution to the society. CIMS strives to develop effective leaders for the corporate world with ethical and human values to reshape the Nation\'s destiny through increased productivity.
