About Institute
Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology Established in the year 1997 at the southernmost corner of Orissa, adjacent to the state of Andhra Pradesh. Over a period of 13 years, we have grown by leaps and bounds, and our name is identified with a quality engineering education today. We are counted as the best in Eastern India. We have got ISO 9001:2000 certifications in the year 2002 and got accreditation from National Board of Accreditation (NBA), Government of India for high quality engineering education in 11 B.Tech branches In Orissa, we are the only engineering college to enjoy this status. Recently we have also received accreditation as ‘A’ grade Institution by National Assessment & Accreditation council (NAAC).
Star companies like Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Honeywell, Samsung, Vedanta, Grasim, Lafarge, Welspun, Aryan, Hindustan Motors, JK Paper Mills, Enercon etc. have already visited & selected students from this college.
