About Institute
Birla Institute of Technology Patna was established in the year 2006 with the initiative of Govt. Of Bihar and BIT Mesra under PPP (Private -Public Partnership)mode. The institute having 5.25 lacs sq. feet of academic space, situated beside Patna airport is one of the finest academic infrastructure that has been created in the state of Bihar. The institute offers BE degree in 7 disciplines and is equipped with modern laboratories and research facilities to produce the bevy of tech-savvy engineers. It is fully residential with all the amenities present within the campus. BIT Patna is under complete academic and administrative governance of BIT Mesra.
