The Institution is a non-profit making autonomous institution and is registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act. The institute in governed by a Board of Directors consisting of eminent members from the academia, industry and the government and is currently chaired by Mr. S.Gopalakrishnan, CEO & MD, Infosys Technologies
