Nimra College of Engineering and Technology (NCET), a self-finance institution, was established by Nimra Educational Society in the year 1997. The College is situated on the main NH 09 (Vijayawada-Hyderabad Highway), just 17 KM away from the traditional city - Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.

NCET is affiliated to JNTU, Kakinada, and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi
